First off- Congrats on your newest family member!
Regular exercise has been a huge part of your life long before you got pregnant. While you're excited to spend time with your baby, you're ALSO ready to get back to what you love.
We know how excited you are to move your body again, to feel sweaty and sore after a workout.. to feel like YOU again!
But your body has gone through SO many changes in the last 9 months and you're not sure how you'll make a quick & safe return to exercise.
Let us help you get started.
Our mission is simple:

Each week will build on the previous week's routine while helping you implement the Focus intentions. All movements include videos, verbal & written instructions.
