CEx Program FAQs

Can I do these programs if I’m currently working with a personal trainer, yoga teacher, Physical Therapist, Chiropractor, ect.?

Yes! This is why I offer a “Self-paced” package. Most professionals don’t understand how to bridge the gap between rehab and returning back to your favorite physical activity, so leave that to me! Your program will include clear, detailed instructions on how to read and use the program, plus links to videos I’ve made of every exercise.

Why can’t I just book the assessment right away?

There are two reasons for this, but both boil down to not wanting to waste your time or money. First off, your concerns may be beyond my scope of practice. Secondly, you’ll probably have some more questions that I haven’t answered here :)

What if I have a lot of compensations and issues?

In order to be thorough, and provide a manageable workload, each 8-week program will only address a maximum of 2 compensations. If more are ID in the initial movement assessment I’ll provide an option for you add on another 8 weeks.

I don’t have access to a gym, can I still do these programs?

Yes, these are designed to be competed at home with minimal equipment. If we decide to move forward after the assessment, I’ll send you a “shopping list.” All of the equipment can be purchased for under about $50 total and there’s a good chance you already have some of it!

Required equipment includes: mini loop bands, therapy or large loop bands, fitness sliders/furniture sliders/paper plates, foam roller, lacrosse or tennis ball, and a knee-height or lower, stable surface (chair, bench, coffee table ect.).

Recommended equipment includes: exercise ball, PVC pipe or other dowel implement, [one set of medium weights (10-15lbs), one or a set of medium weight(s) (20-40lbs) depending on your current fitness level]

Is this an exercise program?

Although each day will include full-body, functional movements in the integration phase, this program is not a suitable replacement for a full exercise routine. If you’d like to add on exercise programming, the Coaching + option will be the best fit for you.

Can you diagnose my issue?

No, that is out of my scope of practice. Thankfully I work closely with a number of reputable, evidence-based clinicians who I am happy to refer you to.

What are my payment options?

Both assessments and programs must be paid in full. Prices range from $197-647 for the 8 week program. There’s an option to split payments if we ID that a program extension makes sense for you.

What if I can’t afford the program right now?

Because the human body is constantly changing, the results from your assessment are only valid for 90 days. After that point you’ll need to be re-assessed before I’ll create your customized program.
